"During a contract had with our company were achieved very important objectives:
1. Implementation of legal take-over in our Indirect Materials (MRO) Warehouse that contains around 3000 Part Numbers. After the implementation of the control processes and periodical measurement of the accuracy the result was an increase in the stock accuracy from 70% to 99%. An important thing is that the changes in the processes had as outcome a maintaining of this accuracy over the last 3 consecutive years that passed since the implementation of the project and of the controls decided together with the collaborators from On Active;
2. Two years ago we started the implementation of the same process and actions in our SMT-Electronic components Warehouses. Off curse here, due to the high frequency of transactions and the high volume, the activity was much more diversified and the specter of problems analyzed was much more varied. The number of Part numbers in this warehouse is around 10-15.000. After less than one year we managed to increase the stock accuracy from 80% up to 98-99%.”
