On Active consultants have a cumulated experience of over 120 warehouse inventories. They have worked with multinational and local companies in very complex restructuring and inventory projects. Results in sustained accuracy over time are excellent remaining constantly above 99% until now. Dimensions of the warehouses approached are extremely varied and complex, having realized projects in warehouses with stocks of over 10 mil eur and more than 10.000 articles.

Tiberiu Filip is a graduate of the West University in Timisoara and majored in Industrial Management. He has worked in multinational companies, gathering a significant experience in fields like Warehouse Management, Software Warehouse Administration, Inventory and Administration of Inventory Objects. He has done a lot of Warehousing Reorganization, Implementation of Warehouse Administrating Software, Recruitment and Training Administrators projects. In addition to this, he has also got experience in Human Resources: he was Human Resource Manager at a multinational company in Timis county. He is a specialist in the areas of personnel training and selection. Since 2004 he has been Managing Partner of the consulting company On Active SRL.

Andrea Argintariu is a graduate of the Economic Science Faculty within the West University in Timisoara, majored in External Relations. She has great organizational experience and she’s an expert in Public Relations, Sales and Project Management. During her professional activity she coordinated more than 30 projects. She also gathered experience in the financial and banking field by working in one of the first 5 banks in Romania for some time. Moreover, she is the founder and running President of the Career Development Center in Timisoara. Since 2004 she has been Partner in the consulting company On Active SRL.

Filip C. Tiberiu is a technician who has an impressive experience in inventories. He has worked for over 20 years at the Agricultural Supply Base of Arad County, where he was Chief of the Purchasing Department for the last 6 years. He has a significant experience in spare parts commerce for agricultural equipment and machinery. During his professional activity he realized more than 100 inventories. He is an expert in Romanian legislation for warehousing and fixed assets. He has been specialized for 8 years in inventories of materials, spare parts, inventory objects and Fixed Assets and he has been cooperating with multinational companies in the West part of Romania.

Stock administration seems really easy: as a matter of fact it’s all about some items which come in, stay for a while and then get out; However, this isn’t everything. It’s desirable for the administration of these items to be effective and done using as few people as possible and the number and value of items to be known in real time by the interested people in the company ... and this is where things get complicated.

Our experience tells us that most of the problems in a warehouse occur due to others than the people working there. The lack of a direct guideline from the financial-accounting department can cause major issues, and even if there is one, the odds of committing an error are significant because there are few experts in warehouse administration in the country. Also, the purchasing-procurement activity has a significant impact in the efficient warehouse administration.
